It'll be awesome if you ...
Have worked as a Salesforce Admin/Developer for at least 5-8 years
Have been a Solution Architect/ Engineer for at least 3 years
Have strong knowledge of Nonprofit Success Pack (NPSP)
Have experience leading requirements gathering and creating solutions for Constituent Management, Donation Management, Grant Management, Program Management, Case Management, Volunteer Management, and nonprofit-related integrations
Know the applications of Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Marketing Cloud and Non-profit Cloud (NPC) and can probe deeper to better understand client requirements
Can hold interactive discussions to gain insights for projects
Are a team player
Are great at verbal and written communication
Have strong storytelling skills for proposal presentations and demos, and experience creating effective proposals that address client requirements and solutions

Have a strong interest in and some experience with Data Cloud and AI
Are creative and think outside the box (or cube!)
Are able to work remotely
Can work at EST timings as needed

Here’s what you’ll do
You craft the action plan:
A mastermind who leads discovery sessions, defines scope, and assists in the preparation and presentation of proposal slides and statements of work.
You align customer needs with our services:
A visionary who understands the customer’s technology and, based on their needs, utilizes CUBE84’s services to provide tailored solutions. You'll build and present numerous customized demos of Salesforce products, eliminating all technical objections.
You stay on track:
A diligent collaborator who achieves quarterly and annual objectives set by management. You’ll also respond effectively to Requests for Information (RFIs) and Requests for Proposals (RFPs).
You constantly update yourself:
A Salesforce enthusiast who participates in all product, sales, and procedural training and certifications, continuously learning to sharpen your knowledge.
Here’s how our interview process works
1. Technical Round
You will be assessed on technical ability for the role and the depth of subject knowledge in the chosen field.
2. Take Home Task
A task is assigned to test your competency and compatibility for the role in a practical manner.
3. Task Presentation
You will present the completed task upon which your perspective and technique will be evaluated.
4. Final Interview
Details about the position and terms of employment are discussed with an HR representative.

Flexible Work Timings
At CUBE84, we work five days a week from Monday to Friday. It’s usually up to you to set your own work timings. However, certain job roles will require you to be available at specific times.
