Have 4-6 years of experience as a Business Analyst, with at least 3 years working with Salesforce.
Have a strong understanding of Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud.
Are experienced in stakeholder management and running business workshops.
Have a solid grasp of business process mapping and workflow automation.
More awesome, if you ...
Have experience in Salesforce solutioning and designing scalable architectures.
Have worked with Marketing Cloud, Pardot, Nonprofit Cloud, or CPQ.
Have knowledge of Agile methodologies and Salesforce DevOps tools.
Here’s what you’ll do
You engage with clients and uncover their business needs
You facilitate discovery sessions, gather detailed business requirements, and ensure alignment with client goals.
You translate requirements into scalable solutions
You define and document user stories, working closely with Developers and Admins to design and implement effective Salesforce solutions.
You drive clarity and structure in projects
You create Business Requirements Documents (BRD), Functional Requirements Documents (FRD), and process flows to streamline execution.
You ensure collaboration across teams
You work alongside cross-functional teams, bridging business and technical perspectives to deliver seamless solutions.
You uphold quality and efficiency
You design and execute test plans, conduct UAT, and provide user training to ensure successful solution adoption.
Here’s how our interview process works
1. Technical Round
You will be assessed on technical ability for the role and the depth of subject knowledge in the chosen field.
2. Take Home Task
A task is assigned to test your competency and compatibility for the role in a practical manner.
3. Task Presentation
You will present the completed task upon which your perspective and technique will be evaluated.
4. Final Interview
Details about the position and terms of employment are discussed with an HR representative.

Flexible Work Timings
At CUBE84, we work five days a week from Monday to Friday. It’s usually up to you to set your own work timings. However, certain job roles will require you to be available at specific times.
